Dear Brother or Sister
Below the line there are proposals for making use of Allah's theoretical laws (e.g. Quantum theory and theory of relativity) in Islam.
My proposals provide solutions for the current problems of the Muslim mass, that is the Muslim mass is very poor in terms of created wealth, education and contribution to science and mathematics.
I hope you are interested in reading my proposals and I would like to know your opinion.
On web site www.geocities.com/Islam_khalifah with the title of 'Islamic proposals on a strategic level' you also can find my proposals for Islamic banking, the conclusion of my research on the successor of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w., and other topics.
With regards.
Brother Pejman Khojasteh

ALLAH'S THEORETICAL LAWS
On 13/8/1999 I was requested by a top Internet Islamic organisation by the name of IslamiCity to find a correct ideology with which the divided Muslim ummah (i.e. Muslim mass) can be unified.
As well as trying to unify Muslims, I also tried to find a correct ideology in order to remedy the present problems of the Muslim mass, that it is very poor in terms of created wealth, education and contribution to science and mathematics.
It is common knowledge that in order to resolve an issue in Islam, reference should be made to, in order of priority:
1. The Quran
2. The hadiths of Prophet Mohammed s.a.w.
3. The actions of Prophet Mohammed's s.a.w. companions
4. The Fatwa of respected religious leaders
With regards to statement in number 2, there is a large set of hadiths which apparently Prophet Mohammed s.a.w. had said, acted or approved. A hadith is composed of two parts, the main text and the chain of narrators.
Currently the way to establish whether a hadith is false, weak or strong is to use the following categories for each topic, and the topics are not listed in the order of priority:
Topic 1: Reference to person in authority. Categories for topic 1: Elevated or Stopped or Severed.
Topic 2: Links between narrators. Categories for topic 2: Supported or Continuous or Broken or Hanging or Perplexing or Hurried.
Topic 3: Number of narrators at each time period. Categories for topic 3: Consecutive or Scarce plus Strange or Rare plus Strong or Famous.
Topic 4: Wording of text. Categories for topic 4: On the authority of or He narrated to us or He informed us or I heard.
Topic 5: Nature of text and narration. Categories for topic 5: Strong or Irregular or Interpolated or Denounced.
Topic 6: For possible defects in text or narration. Overturned or Shaky.
Topic 7: Reliability of narrators. Categories for topic 7: Reliable plus trustworthy or Makes some mistakes or Makes a lot of mistakes or Fabricator plus Liar.
In my opinion there are inherent problems with determining the credibility of a hadith using the three selection factors of text, narration and narrators, as the mentioned determination is prone to human and historical errors. If a hadith is determined to be strong that means it will be followed as part of the Islamic religion or if a hadith is determined to be weak that means it is unlikely to be followed as part of the Islamic religion.
Hadith collectors such as al-Bukhari (d. 256) and Muslim (d. 261) acknowledged the inherent problems with hadith credibility determination and made an excellent attempt of producing few thousand sound hadiths from few hundred thousand hadiths. After the Quran the Sunni denomination which currently represent about 90% of the Muslim mass, mainly refer to the hadith collections by al-Bukhari and Muslim. There is a strong possibility that many sound hadiths have been omitted from al-Bukhari and Muslim hadith collections.
An example of how a problem may occur is where a hadith which is in accordance with the Quran and with a content which can benefit the Muslim ummah is classified as weak because the reliability of narrator has been recognised as weak or the link between narrators is recognised as hanging or as hurried.
Humans have progressed to the stage that they are able to understand the majority of theoretical laws of Allah's creation or defined as Allah's theoretical laws (e.g. Quantum theory, theory of relativity).
My solution to resolve the problems arisen from the present hadith determination is to include Allah's theoretical laws in the process of determination of the credibility of a hadith.
Therefore four selection factors of text, narration, narrators and Allah's theoretical laws should be used in determining the credibility of a hadith.
Topic 8: Is the text consistent with Allah's theoretical laws. Categories for topic 8: Consistent or Inconsistent plus major miracle (when a Prophet is present) or Inconsistent plus minor miracle (Can occur at any time) or Inconsistent plus Unknown.
I have analysed that if my proposal for hadith credibility determination was implemented, the new process will lead to a set of strong hadiths which are more authentic, by authentic meaning it is exactly as the Prophet had stated, than the set of strong hadiths currently available.
Islam has many doctrines two of which are as follows:
- Rely on possible minor divine intervention by Allah
- Rely on being awarded in the other life for suffering for Islam in this life
My recommendation is for Islamic authorities and leaders to also advocate the following doctrine:
- Rely on predictable patterns of nature which constitute Allah's theoretical laws
Obviously the relationship between Allah's theoretical laws hadith topic and other hadith topics and between Allah's theoretical laws doctrine and other doctrines, need to be prioritised and the possible interactions need to be examined.
Example:
- A hadith regarding contraception states that any means of contraception is wrong in all circumstances and for all time.
In the present situation Muslim countries which lack oil and gas are one of the poorest in the world regardless of which continent they belong to, Albania in Europe, Bangladesh in Asia and Somalia in Africa, and they lack natural resources and there are starving children in the mentioned countries. The oil and gas of Muslim countries should run out in the 21st century. Using modern medicine more unborn and born children are surviving.
- By observing the above hadith the plight of the people will only get worse to the stage that children and adults will be starving to death.
- Presently some Muslims argue that all the children and adults which have starved to death will go to heaven if they have followed Islam and will have a pleasant eternal life, and people should strictly adhere to the mentioned hadith.
- By using Allah's theoretical laws doctrine, other Muslims can counter argue that leading a full and healthy life is as Allah had intended, and people should not strictly adhere to the mentioned hadith.
I have analysed that if my proposals were implemented, Muslims will be united to a greater extent and the current problem of Muslim ummah which is being very poor in created wealth, education and contribution to science and mathematics will be resolved. The economic and technological progress of the western countries and Japan is directly associated with their vigorous efforts in discovering and applying Allah's theoretical laws.
The summary of my correct ideology is that, the present process of determining the credibility of a hadith as false, weak and strong is prone to human and historical errors, the effect on the Muslim mass of determining a genuine hadith as weak and determining a false hadith as strong is severely detrimental, and Allah's theoretical laws should not be discarded in Islam but should be used in Islam.
REFERENCE FOR THE READER
- Quran is fully consistent with the observable events in our universe. Observable events in the universe are divided in to two categories, events arising from scientific and mathematical laws, and events arising from unexplained probabilities in the universe.
- Quran is 100% correct according to Islamic theology due to the statement in the Quran that the Quran will be protected and 100% correct according to history due to the verified accounts and evidence regarding the decent, recording and compilation of the Quran.
- Hadiths according to Islamic theology and history are less than 100% correct.
- Major miracles only happen when there is a living Prophet, and as stated in the Quran when Prophet Jesus descends on to Earth at the time of the end of the world, there will be miracles associated with the end of the world.
